But what really caught my attention was the food! The market is home to a diverse range of food vendors, offering everything from traditional Tasmanian fare to international cuisine. I was particularly impressed by the quality and freshness of the seafood on offer, with vendors selling everything from succulent oysters to freshly-caught fish.
